Connsolidating this into mybinder.org-deploy?

Should we merge the things we use from this repository into https://github.com/jupyterhub/mybinder.org-deploy/?

I find it easier to keep an overview of what we have, open issues, etc if we don't have too many repos.

or, a separate thought: we could strip down mybinder.org-deploy to just the configuration for Helm + the deploy scripts, and the rest of it (docs, tools, etc) would go in a repository like "mybinder-sre-team-compass"

Splitting up the deploy repo doesn't get me excited because it creates two repos to keep track of and I don't have a problem with the current setup so defaulting to keeping things as is.
