Can't activate CA_USER_TABLE_COLUMNS_001.calculationview on HCP Trial HANA MDC as "_SYS_BI"."BIMC_DIMENSION_VIEW" does not exist

I've deployed the odxl project on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform Trial HANA MDC instance (Version 1.00.102.03.1449674847). Unfortunately I can't use the demo app as the activation of CA_USER_TABLE_COLUMNS_001.calculationview fails because "_SYS_BI"."BIMC_DIMENSION_VIEW" does not exist.
