failing to load nodes on portable ComfyUI running python 3.13

I've been trying to set up a stable portable ComfyUI on an external drive that will work on both Mac and PC. So far so good overall. However, I really wanted to use your suite of nodes but I'm running into some python dependency issues with python 3.13. It seems to be tripping on pyaudioop.
