BLE not working

So I have built my own esp32 marauder with a esp32 wroom 32 and a tft spi 2.8" touch display. I have also wired everything correctly and I used the .bin files with the spacehuhns web updater to upload the firmware on my marauder (v4) and its working. But I have a issue with the BLE. My esp32 doesn't has PSRam and because of that BLE gets deactivated. I have heard that BLE can work without having PSRam. So is there any way getting BLE to work without having PSRam? I tried compiling everything myself with PlatformIO and Arduino IDE but it failed because of library problems or incorrect platformio.ini code. Help would be appreciated.

What is giving you the impression that BLE is disabled if PSRAM isn't present?
