Add ModuleId

To allow us to re-use the same modules multiple times in the same town, we would need to add moduleId to anywhere that references townId. This way we can filter using both the town and the module itself.

Use cases:

• Use the shuttles module for both Ski Shuttle and BC Transport shuttle
• Use the vendors module for both local artists and food/restaurants

Future:

• If we ever want to split out a module as functionalities may no longer overlap, we can always find the different ones based on their moduleId
