Port webcams added

I added an option to show live port webcams to the community map. See for an example this area.

The dragging and styling needs a bit of work, particular on mobile.

If you have a youtube link of a live webcam feed with latitude and longitude, please share here and I will add it to the map.

It's attached to station 1975 (Salt Ponds). I use AIS catcher with an MQTT feed into Node-Red to track US Navy Traffic and alert us when we see a moving ship.

Great, thanks! Webcam has been added. I will bring out the connection with your station in the UI as well in the coming days.

ps2 picked a location close to the station to show the webcam, but can move a bit if needed

Looks great to me. It's a PTZ so it's got a view of the whole shipping channel.
