Is it posible to add custom content to the site?

Like a PDF File?

You can add to your local webviewer, see for example https://kx1t.com/ais/?lat=42.3788&lon=-71.0361&zoom=3.00&tab=about

Unfortunately not to asicatcher.org for security reasons.

Can you elaborate a bit more what you precisely looking for?

I was trying to add a link to a pdf with policy about the data.

and meaby is was thinking to add a css button on the webviewer.

But i thing with the about page a can do what i want.

Great! Yes, the other option would then be to add a plugin for CSS and JS but not sure how far that would get you.
