aiscatcher.org not responding to TCP syn

I've installed AIS-catcher about 10 days ago and everything has been working fine. However, starting today aiscatcher.org which resolves to 185.77.96.227 has stopped accepting TCP connections on port 4242

Is this a temporary networking issue or is it my ISP possibly blocking the connections?

Hi Brian, I just noticed 2 minutes ago as well that the server was down. It is now up and running again so should be fine.
