Revert "[Sanitizers][Test] XFAIL suppressions/fread_fwrite (llvm#154189)" (llvm#165751)

The macOS platform where test failures occured was updated to a newer
version - these tests now pass, so undoing XFAIL

This reverts commit 4dc32df.
