Cleaned full text still includes front matter

Currently all the Gutenberg boilerplate is successfully removed from both the beginning and end of the texts.

However, some texts have other front matter including Tables of Contents, illustration placeholders, introductions. These confuse the summarizer and it would be good to find a general way to remove them.
