Moving cells causes the cursor to go to last location

When in normal mode, j/k can move cells if at the bottom/top of a cell.

If the cell below/above the current cell has been visited previously, the cursor moves to previous location.

If I press j/k accidentally, then I have to press j/k many times to get back to the current position.

I see two solutions:

1. Don't allow j/k to move cells Only allow moving between cells in Jupyter normal mode, not in cell edit mode.
2. Cause moving cells to move to the top/bottom of the cell

I think I prefer 1.

I've noticed that as well. Ideally (in my opinion at least), a notebook is like a large buffer in vim with different paragraphs for the cells. The natural thing to do would be to just continue at the top/bottom of the next cell.

I tend to have a lot of one-liner cells initally before refactoring, so disabling j/k across cells would be really annoying.

I agree with this 100%. I use j/k in normal mode to travel between cells a lot, and I expect the cursor to continue at the top/bottom of the next cell. I would find it very annoying if I had to pull out into jupyter normal mode to navigate to adjacent cells.

Thanks for everyone's opinions. Some thoughts from my end:

1. I use j/k to move between cells in edit mode quite frequently so I'm not a big fan of removing that. I'm open to making that an option though. I've been negligent on getting basic settings working. I put a wip PR here in case anyone wants to try and build off it.
2. There is some code to move, to the top/bottom of the next/previous cell. It's from jupyter-vim-binding. I haven't tried it out yet, I wanted to understand it better first. I'd be happy to have this working. If anyone wants to take a stab at this, I'd welcome a PR.

Option 2 sounds perfect to me too! I love this plugin but it would be nice to be able to smoothly scroll between cells with j/k in cell edit mode. I don't have the capacity to work on that PR at the moment but would be very grateful if anyone else does.
