How to turn on and off without uninstalling.

I'm experimenting with this to see how well I like it. The only way I can see to turn it off is to uninstall it. Is there another way?

Once #40 was implemented then we could have a toggle for this.

You could also disable it:

jupyter labextension disable jupyterlab_vim
