Allow empty lines

Sometimes I'd like to add empty lines in nginx configs for better readability. But your plugin removes them all.

A new option to allow empty lines would be nice. Thoughts?

That sounds like a good idea; I think it's reasonable to permit single empty lines, but making it an optional feature breaks with Prettier's opinionated design.

If not optional, then make it default with a new major version bump perhaps?
