feat: Apply the "official" theme when `-from` is not specified in `deck new`

To show users themes that are suitable for the deck, it would be helpful to prepare official themes and apply them automatically when calling deck new without specifying -from.

It would be good if the layout naming rules and style layouts were easy for users to understand.

P.S.: It would be nice if, when -from is not specified, your default presentation ID, set in some global configuration, were applied; however, that would be a different feature. It's fine as is, since you can call it from the shell history without having to create a new global setting for that purpose.
