Accessing k3d cluster remotely

I am trying to access the k3d cluster remotely. Wanted to try to enable k3d as build runners for our CI system.
When I try to access it, it throws a certificate error

E0526 13:07:34.750471 63200 memcache.go:238] couldn't get current server API group list: Get "https://0.0.0.0:6443/api?timeout=32s": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

Server IP (k3 cluster): 100.10.160.194
Clinet IP (kubectl): 100.10.139.130

As suggested in the #1271, used this command,
k3d cluster create mycluster --k3s-arg "--tls-san="100.10.160.194@server:0"" --servers 1 --agents 1 -p "8080:80@loadbalancer" -p "8443:443@loadbalancer"

but I get the following error

E0528 07:51:00.298907 2019 memcache.go:265] couldn't get current server API group list: Get "https://100.10.160.194:36659/api?timeout=32s": dial tcp 100.10.160.194:36659: connect: connection refused
