Upgrade traefik version in an old k3s image cluster environment

What is the recommended approach to upgrade the traefik version in a running k3d cluster with an old version of k3s?

This is the output when I run k3d version:

k3d version v5.4.1
k3s version v1.22.7-k3s1 (default)

Thanks @iwilltry42, I successfully updated the traefik version to v2.10.5 with the command kubectl apply -f helm-chart-config.yaml, considering that the old traefik version was v2.9.4 and the file helm-chart-config.yaml is

What's the recommended way for me to install CRDs compatible with the latest version? One method I've found is to apply the CRDs using the YAML files available in the Traefik repository on GitHub
