kiwi Test Uses Obsolete Version of k8s #7263
Description
The kiwi operator test appears to be using Kubernetes v1.30.0, which is no longer maintained by the Kubernetes community.
Shipwright only supports the lowest version of k8s at the time of its release. We use the minKubeVersion property to enforce this with our operator.
