The regular expression on line "https://github.com/kachkaev/KachkaevAssetsVersionBundle/blob/master/AssetsVersionManager.php#L161" does not find the parameter when its value is in quotes:

assets_version: 'v000'

My file "parameters.yml" is automatically generated within the application in the deployment process and the values ​​of each parameter is in quotes.

Thanks for spotting that @danielpereirabp! Could you please submit a PR? A couple of tests that cover paired & unpaired dobule & single quotes would be good too.
