MZ2 moving the Z-Axis first after homing disables X-Axis

i flashed the "amz2_melzi_bl_a2-2.0.9.3-kad1-firmware" to my stock MZ2 with added BLTouch clone. After sarting it up and doing Auto-Home it will work fine. however if i go and move the Z-Axis manually over the settings, my X-Axis gets disabled completely. during leveling or repeat homing the screen indicates movement, however the Axis itself doesn't move at all. a repeat homing will result in the printer locking itself because homing failed power reset will usually fix it

Edit: right after posting this the X-Axis stopped working completely after homing
