UI: Selected menu item highlighted with siblings items as selected

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

I notice that there is a bug related selected menu item that highlighted with siblings items as selected,
i'm not sure but there is fix with name menu-fix is this fix releated to this bug?

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the issue create a multiple cluster configs and click the menu item one of them, toggle cluster configs from menu and you will see the both selected same items with name from siblings config.
