Feature request: Add ability to update consumer offset for a partition/topic

We are currently moving away from using Redpanda Console and adopting Kafbat instead. I have found Kafbat to be relatively limited in it's options for modifying consumer group offsets. It would be great to have more granular control of a consumer group's offsets via the UI.

Describe the feature you're interested in

Currently the most granular control that Kafbat offers for consumer group offsets is to "Delete offsets" for a specific topic consumed by a Consumer Group:

I would like to be able to update the consumer offset for a specific topic/partition to a specific value rather than having my only option being to delete the offset entirely.

For the sake of comparison to other tools, the screenshot below shows the interface offered by Redpanda Console for comparable functionality. This modal can be opened at the partition, topic (ie. all partitions for a topic) and consumer (ie. all partitions for all topics of a consumer).

I would describe the helpers (eg. "Specific time", "Start/End Offset") and the ability to control at the consumer/topic level as nice-to-haves. A useful initial implementation of this functionality would just allow manually adjusting the offset for a specific consumed partition.

@Haarolean That does exactly what I'm looking for!

I'd suggest that the UX is a little bit unclear here (positioning of the button & the wording of "Reset Offset" sounds to me like it is going to reset to the earliest). But maybe I'm just used to a different UI.

Either way, the functionality requested already exists, so I will close this issue. Thanks for the quick response!
