Describe the bug (actual behavior)

Hello, just upgraded from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 (same working config)
I am running the (latest, today's) JAR file/app, with a "xxx.service" file.
In the upper banner, there is a Warning sign /!\ stating:
"Your app version is outdated. Latest version is UNKNOWN"

Expected behavior

There is no warning and/or it says "You are running latest version" (?)

Have you experienced this with the previous version?

I can't answer 100% confident, because it's my first time using Kafbat. Just testing this past week, and I don't remember seeing this warning sign, so I'd say: I haven't experienced this with the prev. version.
First time seeing the warning was yesterday because of the newer version available. Then upgraded, and now it's always there.
Nothing in the box changed despite of the JAR version.

It might happen if your env is air gapped or there was a timeout fetching release info.
You could either ignore the warning or try increasing github.release.info.timeout. It's in seconds, defaults to 10.

AFAIK, the env it's not airgapped and curl'ing to https://api.github.com/repos/kafbat/kafka-ui/releases/latest from the same box takes 0.5s.
Considering the app (v.1.2.0) detected a newer version(v.1.3.0) successfully, it's not a network issue.
Reverting to v.1.2.0 has no issue to detect that is a newer version available:
