FE: UX: SR "Compare Versions" button is hidden w/ r/o cluster

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

With a Kafka cluster registered as readOnly, with a schema registry configured, there are no Compare Versions buttons on the Schema Registry -> Schema view.

Navigating directly to https://kafbat/ui/clusters/{cluster_name}/schemas/{schema_name}/compare allows me to compare versions correctly, it's just the button that's missing.

Expected behavior

I should be able to compare schema versions.

Custom docker image.

Steps to reproduce

• Kafka cluster registered as readOnly
• A schema registry configured for it

Navigate to Cluster -> Schema Registry -> Schema view.

Behold a lack of Compare Versions button :)
