Support wildcards in topics/consumer search bar #1378

Hard to filter long lists of topics/consumers.
Describe the feature you're interested in
It would be very helpful if the search bar for topics and consumers support simple wildcard (*). Like searching in namespaced topics for foo.*.*bar.
(Of course we can throw in a more advanced syntax/regex engine, it that is easier.)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Do a partial search (.bar), then sort by name, and browse though all results starting with foo.*.
