Describe the bug (actual behavior)

Hi,
Running Kafka cluster with the official docker image, Kafka version 4.1.0. The version of brokers in the UI is displayed as Unknown.
Kafbatui version: 0791942 / main

Version is displayed correctly, 4.1

Can confirm this. Running strimzi 0.48 with kafka 4.1.0 and metadata version 4.1-IV1 which results in UNKNOWN

Same here, Running strimzi 0.48 with kafka 4.1.0 and metadata version 4.1-IV1, the kafbat ui not working as expected.
