Infra: Consider semver-styles versions for intermediate releases

main is 72 commits ahead of the the last official release (https://github.com/kafbat/kafka-ui/releases/tag/v1.0.0)

Describe the feature you're interested in

It would be great if we could release more often employing some sort of semantic commit style or similar. Ideally, all merges to main should be released as they happen

Describe alternatives you've considered

As I am consuming the project as a docker image, I can always fetch the latest build from main and pin my build to that. It works but it is not great

It is more about awareness than anything else. The alternative I shared works for me right now

Any new users of the product will assume that the latest release is v1 when that's perhaps not the intention.

Many automated tools as well as Github Subscriptions on releases are hurt when there is no clear description of what the latest supported version is

Ah, I get it now. Usually, I get inquiries about not having intermediate releases for every commit, people are often reluctant to pull commit-tagged images if they're not a "stable" release.

So, you propose having a semver-styled version for every release-intermediate image we have. This sounds reasonable, but it raises a few concerns.

How should we determine the next version? Tagging every commit doesn't sound good, too spammy.
