Describe the bug (actual behavior)

When copying the kafka URL like '/ui/clusters/local/all-topics' and opening it in a new window, the menu bar does not automatically expand and locate the topic directory.

Expected behavior

When copying the kafka URL like '/ui/clusters/local/all-topics' and opening it in a new window, the menu bar automatically expand and locate the topic directory.
