FE: ACLs shown in the page not updated until user reloads the page

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

When ACL is created it doesn't immediately appear in the list until user manually reloads the page. Similarly, when ACL is deleted it doesn't immediately disappear from the list until user manually reloads the page. Refer to the screenshots below. This is not critical bug, but I think fixing this would improve UX.

Expected behavior

ACL page should be automatically updated when ACLs are created/deleted without requiring user to manually reload the page.
