Infra: Group dependabot updates

Updates for major dependency versions (like 1.2.x -> 1.3.x) should be grouped in a single PR. This is achievable with altering dependabot configuration.

@Haarolean why not, great catch i will do it but i need some time. I have my university exams from 8-17 and 28-5 so need to complete the syllabus and assignments, just assign me issue and save it for me.
