OneTime Task DB Row Always Deleted?

It seems like the OneTime task row is deleted after use. Is there an option to keep it around for history purposes?

I am considering implementing such a feature, as a part of #27 .
How long would you want to keep the row? The rows will need to be deleted at some point.
