Making vqats work with OpenCV 4.x #1
Description
Is there any chance of making vqats work with OpenCV 4.x? There are a good amount of changes to how OpenCV is now configured and its header libraries generated and this code is not compatible with it.
Any pointers in making this code work with OpenCV 4.x will be highly appreciated.
