package request: Always Show All Extensions

Hi,

Thank you for this great software.
I still didn't have a chance to deploy it, but judging by the web UI, I've noticed a few small runtimes that I would always install on my fresh windows, but are missing from your list.
Here is one:

This unlocks windows to show absolutely all file extensions.
