Get working with Bun

See oven-sh/bun#5789 . I think we need to pin the latest node-serialport (12.0.0+) but can't get it to fully work yet.

Ok so going from node-serialport 9.2.8 to the latest 12.0.0 version gets Kaluma running, but then we get errors like:

kaluma.js:75
  const ports = await SerialPort.list();
                                 ^

  TypeError: SerialPort.list is not a function

I believe this may be because serialport needs to be added to trustedDependencies in package.json
