Release 2.0.11 not available on maven repo

It looks like there is a 2.0.11 release and tag, however it is not available on https://search.maven.org/artifact/io.kamon/sbt-kanela-runner

Scala Steward has created a PR on our repo to upgrade to this version, but it doesn't appear to exist or is invalid?

Feel free to close this issue as I'm sure this is expected, just trying to get some clarity on what happened to that version.

There is indeed a tag (based on this commit 27fd836), but no artifact. Scala Steward probably depends on the tags.

All the 2.0.10.x tags were created after tag 2.0.11. I think all those tags are related to getting publishing to work from CI. Bintray went away so another solution needed to be found.

I think it's best to ignore this update and stay on 2.0.10 for now and wait for the next release to come out. Maybe it's best if that release is tagged with a number higher than 2.0.11, to avoid any further confusion.

2.0.12 is out now, I think this issue can be closed.
