Feature: Move boards between workspaces

Feature Request

Add the ability to move a board from one workspace to another.

Current Behavior

The board menu only offers:

• Make template
• Edit board URL
• Delete board

There's no option to move a board to a different workspace.

Proposed Solution

Add a "Move to workspace" option in the board menu that:

1. Shows a dropdown/modal with available workspaces the user has access to
2. Moves the board (and all its lists/cards) to the selected workspace
3. Requires admin permissions in both source and target workspaces

Use Case

When organizing work, users may create boards in one workspace and later realize they belong in another. Currently the only workaround is to recreate the board manually or modify the database directly.

Makes sense @nickmeinhold - might need some thought around how we handle comments, activity and assignees for members that don't belong to the new workspace
