Where are my snapshots and information stored?

Unable to restore via snapshot, a few windows just don't react. Not sure if I lost my data when upgrading versions or if something like one of my monitors not being active is causing it.

Generally speaking, where is the data stored for this program outside of the install folder?

Try run PW as admin.

All user data are stored in C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\PersistentWindows, the snapshot info is saved in window_pos.xml and snapshot_time.xml
