Opening a browser causes the PersistentWindows page to open

I can't create any new issues, nor add posts in the discussion. Why? I have a new problem now since I would need a way to automatically update all the time.

If automatic update is not possible, I was trying to follow the instructions to disable the auto ugrade opening of windows,

PW launches release page in default web browser when a new release is detected, this serves as additional notice so that user can read the release note and decide whether to upgrade. If user ignores the upgrade, PW will keep launching release page again when PC reboot or rerun PW, user may select Disable upgrade notice in the menu.

Thanks, so there is no way to automatically update the tool, right? Only a manual method?

For automated update, try command option -auto_upgrade=1

Thank you for the update. I am ignorant, where do I have to execute such cmd? I press cmd and open the shell, but then which C:\ to run it? Also, is there a code #NNN where I can find such instructions?
