PersistentWindows works well... too well.
For the most part it does what it's suppose to and works for me, but under Windows 11, most app windows go to the proper monitor except for a very select few. PW seems to sometimes cause strange and very rare issues where it may change position and window size, and even with the switches used to off (0), floating windows may switch monitors, resize, or even go offscreen. Again, very rare circumstances.
For example, Excel, the only Office app that has this problem, is notorious for not restoring to the proper monitor after sleep or adding my remote Android display by Windows alone. This is why I use PW. If it wasn't for Excel, I really wouldn't need PW.
PW currently has a blacklist, but with the randomness of improper restores, it makes no sense to keep adding more apps to this list. Instead a whitelist would be perfect! The amount of apps that reposition from Windows fine greatly outweighs the number of apps that do not. Plus, the command is already long enough.
TL;DR: Add a whitelist switch where only listed apps are the only ones PersistentWindows will adjust.
