Add install/uninstaller

Great app, but while making making windows spiffy simple, it's installation is like a barrier. Catch 21? Please make an installer. Thanks a lot!

PW is officially supported by WinGet utility (shipped with Windows)
Run following command in cmd console to install PW:
winget install persistentwindows

The actual installation path is like
c:\users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WinGet\Packages\kangyu-california.PersistentWindows....

To install auto-start task for PW, user still need to run auto_start_pw.bat in the installation dir (preferably as admin)

Latest PW 5.72 release added uninstall.bat (prefer to run it as admin as well) which is useful for cleanup the auto start task and all private data dumped by PW.

Finally the winget uninstall command will remove the PW program folder
winget uninstall persistentwindows
