ngrok tunneling

it seems ngrok is the only method for tunneling but to do so requires an ngrok tcp tunnel. ngrok requires a CC to use tcp tunneling, so is there a way to expose the local port in androRAT to the outside internet utilizing a different method? either a different ngrok protocol, or a different tool entirely that is anon?
