Hi, I do not understand how to get the site-id since i got error

dhl_express Validation Failure:Site Id is wrong

Hi @dioauliaharrisa,
Generally you get this error if:

• The site id is doesn’t match the DHL account associated
• You are using the production without getting approved by DHL. You need to request approval before using the pair in live mode.

Hi, I have got an API key and register it on the dashboard but the live rate sheet was not displayed when i input a new shipping label and no error like before is seen. Is there anything that I should check

Are you familiar with the dashboard test/live mode?

I will recommend going to
Developers > Logs
If you don't see the API logs there, toggle the View test data in the sidebar in case your API key was in test mode.
