API - POST tracker

I've tried this a few different ways on a localhost docker. I follow instructions to create env variables. I'm trying to add a tracker. But I have an issue. Any tips?

This one should be the right request, carrier_name is for ups, not the carrier_id (mva-ups)
Here are two things I would look for

• Can you make sure that your token is for the right mode (test/live)? Make an API request to /v1/connections with the same token to see if mva-ups is returned in the list of your carrier connections

• Second, you should try /trackers page of the dashboard Track a shipment button and see if the carrier appears as an option.
  Then, if you create the trackers from there, check the /developers/logs page to review the API request used to create the tracker

Yes, my key was generated in Test mode. Whoops. Got it working now.
