create forwarding to api.ofdb.io

Problem:

Users can't confirm their registration at https://api.ofdb.io because the confirmation link in the confirmation-mail starts with the old URL openfairdb.org

Solution

• Change the link-URL in the confirmation Mail to https://api.ofdb.io @flosse in which file can we do that?
• Please put a cname redirection from https://openfairdb.org/ to https://api.ofdb.io/
