AFAIK the API usage is disconnected from web usage, so this is not possible. |

Suppose I started a chat with Claude on my phone while away from my desk. Now, back at my desk, I'd like to continue the chat in gptel. Is it possible to continue or open an existing chat from the URL or session ID?
