Prompting LLMs with Codebase

Hi,

Is there something like this tool for prompting LLMs with entire codebases within Emacs?

It's a command line tool, it should be easy to integrate. If doing so is desirable - I imagine this, given the entire emacs code base would burn through a lot of tokens! Not cheap.

What would be extremely convenient is a tool like this but which creates embeddings for RAG. Perhaps one already exists?
