Add Quadtree and other Indexes (Quadtree query returns undefined values)

I run example/quadtree.coffee on Mac OS 10.6, node v0.6.12. It breaks with an error, because undefined is not an object.
So I have changed the loop to:

for i in r
  if !geometries[i]?
    console.log(i, 'is undefined')
  else
    console.log geometries[i].toString()

I guess this is related to the broken test for the quadtree in the other issue. The quadtree binding is even more experimental... Use it with care. I try to take a look.

Works for me in 3.2.2.

Maybe it's not the best solution to insert integers where pointers should be:

If the quadtree code is of interest to you we maybe can search for another solution which is not that hacky.

I would love to implement a useful quadtree binding but at the moment I don't know how. I removed the existing code from the repository. Feel free to add ideas for a new implementation here.
