I've marked #103 as high priority since the README.md is currently quite lengthy. I want it to be done before we introduce any new utils package.

We should consider extending the Peek function in the stack package to support peeking at the n-th element from the top. The updated function signature could be:
func (s *Stack[T]) Peek(n int) (T, bool)
This would allow clients to peek at any element.

Would adding a priority queue/heap be a helpful addition? I believe they would be a helpful data structure to use when you want to avoid constantly sorting a list or remove an element from an array etc

Summary

I’d like to propose adding a rate limiting utility to the utils library.

Motivation

Rate limiting is a common requirement in Go applications, especially for:

• Preventing API abuse (e.g., limit X requests per second)
• Throttling expensive operations
• Controlling resource usage

Proposed Implementation

I suggest implementing a thread-safe, reusable Token Bucket rate limiter, with optional:

• Blocking (Wait) and non-blocking (Allow) modes
• Context cancellation (WaitContext)
• TokenBucket strategy

Example API

rl := ratelimiter.NewTokenBucket(5, time.Second)

if rl.Allow() {
    // do work
}

I’d like to propose a small cross-platform utility to open a URL in the system’s default web browser.
This would support Windows, macOS, Linux, and WSL, and be useful for CLI tools that need to open documentation or dashboard links.
If this fits the project’s scope, I’d be happy to contribute an implementation.
