Persistent Storage Encryption of Fragments, CellStores files.
In consideration it is to have the data-block encrypted with AES in data-chunks, whereas the corresponding tags & tokens of AES encryption to be encrypted with a designated/configured RSA-key at Block's Sub-Header level of encryption.
Plus File's trailer(CellStore) or header(Log-Fragment) to indicate if Encryption is used and the corresponding RSA-Key ID.
Let Secure Transactions even if a File-System cannot have encryption support.
