Where can I find documentation for query string parameters (other than the native noVNC ones) that control the application's behavior?

I don't think we document that. Assigning to add to our docs. The query args are automatically supported in new features that we add in code, as long as we use the noVNC pre-existing utils to manage the settings. Since we don't use query args we don't really think about them, but as we add new settings they should be supported through query args.
