Implement Drop (cg.delete() not removing cgroup)

Which feature do you think can be improved?

Can we implement Drop for the cgroup? I understand that this will be a major version change in the future, however this is something we are considering leveraging for Aurae.

How can it be improved?

Ensure that cg.delete() removes the cgroup from the system - OR - create a similar method with this behavior.

Once created, cgroups exist outside of the rust usage. Any other interaction outside of your application might manipulate this cgroup. Deleting on Drop is not friendly, and the explicit usage of delete encourages the developer to acknowledge this possible risk. Indeed, the implementation of delete already attempts 5 times due to this shared resource; if it fails after 5 times, an error is returned to you indicating that your cgroup couldn't be deleted.

This can be an opt-in behavior! It's a pattern seen elsewhere. For example, tokio::net::Command has a kill_on_drop in the builder.
